Guests’ registration
When you check-in at the hotel, we need to provide your passport with visa and migration card (for foreigners)
According to the Russian Federation Act N 5242-1 dated 25.06.1993 (as amended on 29.06.2015) «Concerning the Right of the Russian Federation Citizens to Freedom of Movement and Choice of Place of Stay and Residence within the Russian Federation» and the Russian Federation Act N 109-ФЗ dated 18.07.2006 (as amended on 22.12.2014) «Concerning the Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation», all the guests are subject to be registered at the hotel, and we ask you to present the following documents:
for Russian citizens:
- the internal Russian passport,
- or birth certificate (for children under 14 years old);
for foreign guests (one of the options):
- passport with Russian visa, and migration card,
- passport and group voucher (if you arrived at St. Petersburg by ferry, you are allowed to stay on the territory of Russian Federation for 72 hours without visa, within a tourist group)
- passport and migration card (in case of visa-free regime),
- diplomatic passport,
- residence permit.
This registration is for free for our guests, according to the Russian Federation Act N 5242-1 dated 25.06.1993 (as amended on 29.06.2015) "Concerning the Right of the Russian Federation Citizens to Freedom of Movement and Choice of Place of Stay and Residence within the Russian Federation", section 3, and the Act «Concerning the Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation», clause 2 of the section 13.
General terms
- Check-in – 14:00, check-out – 12:00
- Pre-booked early check-in before 7 a.m.* can be arranged at extra cost of 1 night stay (breakfast is included)
- Pre-booked early check-in after 7 a.m. till 2 p.m.* can be arranged at extra cost of 50% of 1 night stay (breakfast is extra to charge 1500 RUB per person)
- Pre-booked late check-out till 7 p.m.* can be arranged at extra cost of 50% of 1 night stay
- Pre-booked late check-out after 7 p.m.* can be arranged at extra cost of 1 night stay

If you do not pre-book early check-in, you may always leave your baggage in our luggage room for free till check-in, and we'll be glad to treat you a cup of hot tea or coffee.
You may also have breakfast at our restaurant La Presse from 7 till 11 a.m. (1500 RUB per person).
How to pay
All prices are given in Rubles (taxes are included). There are several options:
- By credit card*: link for on-line payment may be sent to you by the receptionist of the hotel upon additional request
- In cash: at the hotel (we accept only Rubles)
- By credit card online at our webpage
- Bank transfer in Rubles: download bank details
- Bank transfer in Dollars or Euros: to request an invoice** please contact us by phone +7 812 333 0 222, or by e-mail info@forumhotel.ru
* The following credit card types are generally accepted for reservations: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, China UnionPay, Diners Club Card, AmEx, МИР.
** The invoice is valid for 3 working days. The invoiced price is given according to the Ruble / Dollar (Euro) Exchange rate, internally accepted within the hotel.

How to modify your reservation*
If the reservation was made directly, please contact us by phone +7 812 333 0 222, or by e-mail info@forumhotel.ru, to make any changes.

Cancellation policy of the hotel
How to cancel your reservation*
In case the reservation is prepaid or guaranteed, the room is reserved for you till 7 a.m. of the day after the original check-in date – if you have not specified your arrival time.
In case of no-show without any prior notice we would cancel your reservation and charge you for the 1st night.
You can cancel the reservation without any penalty:
- 2 days prior the check-in date during Low season**
- 7 days prior the check-in date during High and Shoulder seasons**

How to get refund*
for prepaid but unused service:
- we make 100% refund, if you inform the hotel 2 days prior the check-in date during Low season / 7 days prior the check-in date during High and Shoulder seasons
The refund is made in the same way your payment had been made:
- if you paid by credit card, please fill in the following form and send to us – we will make refund to the same credit card
- in case of bank transfer we will make refund to the sender’s current account – please send to the hotel the following letter
- if you paid in cash – we will make refund in cash at the hotel if you have the receipt
- if you paid by credit card online at our webpage, you should use the link in your confirmation; the refund will be made to your credit card during next 7 working days.

Choosing the special offer please pay attention to the cancellation terms: some tariffs do not offer any refund.
Child policy of the hotel
We are always happy to welcome our little guests at Nevsky Forum. Small presents, sweets, toys, books and coloring pages are ready for them every day!
At the restaurant LaPresse preferences of little gourmets are always respected. Baby chair is provided upon request.
Children under 7 years old are accommodated at Nevsky Forum for free (baby cot / extra bed is provided upon request).
The cost of extra bed for guests older than 7 years old is 1800 Rub per person per night (all taxes included, no discounts applied).
The price includes:
- breakfast (if a tariff includes breakfast)
- extra bed (roll-away bed or folding armchair)
- toiletries and towels
- bottled water upon arrival
Smoking policy
As a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to ensure comfort for all our guests. According to the Russian Federation Act N 15-ФЗ dated 23.02.2013 (as amended on 31.12.2014) “Health protection of the citizens from tobacco smoke and impacts of tobacco consumption", smoking on the premises is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to charge guests 5000 Rub per day for smoking in the room for additional cleaning of the room.
We reserve the right to refuse to check-in any guest who does not follow the rules of the hotel – according to the terms of the contract between the guest and the hotel, signed upon arrival.
